Daly River (2.5 hrs by road south west of Darwin).

Widely acclaimed as one of the Northern Territories high profile Barramundi fishing locations. It plays host to the annual “Barra Classic and Barra Nationals” fishing competitions. The river is renowned for its natural beauty, set upon steep banks with overhanging paperbark trees, complemented by an array of wildlife (crocodiles, wetland-bird life, wild pigs etc).
Some of the most exciting barramundi fishing action can be experienced whilst fishing on this scenic river. During a hot-bite large quantities of barramundi can be caught, along with trophy size fish.
